HB 1201      to deduct the fees or commissions charged by real estate firms, agents, or brokers when using the market approach to determine full and true value of property.

HB 1207      to revise the definition of true and full value in money that is used for inheritance tax purposes.

HB 1075      to revise the exemptions for inheritance taxes.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
