HB 1099      to clarify certain provisions relating to the privileges of doctors of chiropractic.
          Representatives Koehn, Diedtrich (Elmer), Hanson, Hennies, Hunt, Klaudt, Kooistra, McCoy, Monroe, Patterson, and Smidt and Senators Symens, Flowers, Hutmacher, Kleven, Madden, Moore, and Vitter

HB 1309      to revise the licensure renewal date for chiropractors and to authorize a fee to defray the costs of peer review established by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
