HB 1002      to provide for employer contributions to the South Dakota deferred compensation plan for certain employees.

HB 1156      to repeal certain provisions relating to the deferred compensation fund for public employees.

HB 1263      to revise certain provisions regarding longevity compensation for state employees.
          Representatives Monroe, Apa, Burg, Davis, Fischer-Clemens, Garnos, Haley, Juhnke, Koetzle, Lockner, Lucas, Michels, Munson (Donald), Roe, Volesky, and Wilson and Senators Rounds, Brown (Arnold), Dunn (Jim), Flowers, Hutmacher, Kloucek, Lange, Moore, Olson, and Reedy

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
