HB 1076      to increase certain state sales and use taxes, to repeal certain municipal sales and use taxes, and to replace the municipal revenue lost from certain sales and use taxes.

HJR 1003      to Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election a new section to Article XI of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, imposing an individual and corporate income tax; exempting food, utilities, residential heating fuel, and certain intrastate transportation services from sales and use taxes; providing property tax relief through the general fund and special education levy of a school district; and increasing state aid to education.

HB 1246      to exempt certain transfers of property used for agricultural or business purposes from the inheritance tax.

HB 1207      to revise the definition of true and full value in money that is used for inheritance tax purposes.

HB 1146      to provide a procedure for the collection of delinquent taxes on leased sites and to revise the notice and publication of delinquent taxes.
