SB 0121      to require the sale of oxygenated gasoline and to revise certain provisions related to ethanol.

HB 1019      to revise certain provisions relating to workers' compensation managed care plans.

HB 1020      to change the procedure in which certain industry classification codes are assigned to employers for the purposes of unemployment compensation.

HB 1033      to define blanket insurance as group health insurance and to clarify the applicability of certain statutes to blanket policies.
          The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
