HB 1015      to revise certain provisions relating to open enrollment.
          The Committee on Education at the request of the Department of Education and Cultural Affairs

HB 1003      to provide for state aid to certain school districts for transportation.
          Representatives Wetz, Duenwald, Klaudt, Koskan, Lucas, McIntyre, Napoli, and Pummel and Senators Dennert and Reedy at the request of the Interim School Finance Committee

HB 1058      to revise certain provisions relating to special education.
          Representatives Eccarius, Brooks, Brown (Richard), Davis, Duniphan, Fiegen, Hennies, Koetzle, Koskan, Peterson, and Richter and Senators Everist, Hainje, Madden, Munson (David), Olson, and Paisley

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
