SB 0071      to remove certain restrictions relating to the use of school buses.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

SB 0049      to authorize certain doctoral graduates to teach without teaching certificates.

SB 0028      to provide payment of tuition costs to nonpublic education programs for students in governmental custody and to eliminate certain payments to educational programs operated by public school districts.
