higher education.
SB 0028
to provide payment of tuition costs to nonpublic education programs for students
in governmental custody and to eliminate certain payments to educational programs
operated by public school districts.

to authorize certain doctoral graduates to teach without teaching certificates.

to require kindergarten attendance.
