HB 1004      to repeal and revise certain provisions concerning the annual assessment of property.
          Representatives McNenny, Chicoine, Engbrecht, Juhnke, Lintz, Sebert, Slaughter, Sutton (Duane), Waltman, and Young and Senators Symens, Madden, Paisley, and Vitter at the request of the Interim Tax Assessment Committee

HB 1037      to require municipalities to provide boundary change information to the Department of Revenue to facilitate the development of a simplified sales tax collection system.
          The Committee on Local Government at the request of the Department of Revenue

HB 1044      to provide that airport authorities are retailers subject to the sales and use tax.
          The Committee on Taxation at the request of the Department of Revenue

HB 1048      to allow the Department of Revenue to grant a business a statewide sales tax permit.
          Representatives Brooks, Brown (Richard), Duniphan, Hennies, Hunt, Jaspers, Kooistra, McCoy, Monroe, Munson (Donald), Peterson, Roe, and Smidt and Senators Vitter, Albers, Brosz, and Staggers

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
