         HB 1037      increase the fees for mailing motor vehicle license plates and decals and to impose a fee for the reassignment of a license plate.

         HB 1038      increase the license fees for coin-operated washers and dryers, to increase the brand registration fees on certain alcoholic beverages, to increase the fees for certain malt beverage and wine licenses, and to revise the distribution of certain malt beverage and wine license fees.
