     32-7A-11.   New and used mobile homes and manufactured homes owned by a dealer may be transported upon the streets and highways to the dealer's place of business and to the purchaser of such a home and between a dealer's place of business and a supplemental lot or a temporary supplemental lot. Any transport of a mobile home or manufactured home by a dealer shall be accompanied with a permit stating the point of origin and the point of destination. The dealer shall provide a copy of the permit to the director of equalization in the county of origin and to the director of equalization in the county of destination. "


     And that as so amended said bill do pass and be placed on the Consent Calendar.

     HB 1041: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  remove the annual renewal requirements for a resident small game or resident fishing license for certain qualified persons.

     HB 1044: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  revise the date for the submission of certain continuing education reports by insurance agents.

     HB 1046: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  revise certain provisions regarding installment transactions involving a motor vehicle.

     HB 1047: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  grant state-chartered banks powers allowed federally chartered banks under certain conditions.

     HB 1049: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  require certain specifications and tolerances for weights and measures established by administrative rule to be in conformance with updated national standards.

     HB 1050: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  revise the term, creditable coverage, with regard to health insurance policies and to clarify coverage for guarantee issue.

     HB 1055: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  revise and remove certain segments of the state trunk highway system.

     And signed the same in the presence of the Senate.
