domestic and sexual abuse shelter programs and to the Department of
Education for child development and technology teaching enhancement
programs and to make an appropriation therefor.

An Act to authorize the public utilities commission to regulate certain
Telecommunicatins services.

An Act to revise certain provisions regarding telecommunications services.
