     A continuing care retirement community shall provide a surety bond in an amount of at least twenty-five thousand dollars as evidence of financial responsibility. The surety bond and a certified copy of the continuing care retirement community's most recent financial statements shall be filed annually with the director of the Division of Insurance. "
