     On page 1 , line 9 of the House Commerce committee engrossed bill , after " days. " insert " If an individual provides coverage pursuant to this section, the individual shall disclose the following on the rental agreement or on a form attached to the rental agreement:
             (1)    That such coverage may be provided under any existing motor vehicle insurance of the person renting the motor vehicle. However, if the person is renting a trailer or truck, the disclosure shall include the statement that the person's motor vehicle insurance may not provide coverage for such vehicles; and
             (2)    That the individual providing the rental agreement is not a licensed insurance agent. " .
