to address alleged dumping issues affecting the beef industry in this state. If after an investigation

dumping exists, the secretary may pursue available remedies to halt the dumping or seek the
imposition of a countervailing duty. Within the limits of legislative appropriations, the secretary may
pursue any remedy provided by state or federal law.
