         SB 126 *     revise certain provisions regarding school attendance.
             Senators Knudson, Adelstein, Bradford, Brown, Fryslie, Gant, Gray, Hansen (Tom), Haverly, Howie, Hunhoff (Jean), Jerstad, Merchant, Schmidt, Tieszen, Turbak Berry, and Vehle and Representatives Sly, Hamiel, Killer, Lange, Lucas, McLaughlin, Romkema, Sorenson, Steele, Vanderlinde, and Verchio

         SB 174 *     require a school district to which a former contracting school district is annexed to assign certain resident students to a school district in a bordering state, and to temporarily exempt certain school districts from the requirement to reorganize due to low enrollment.

         SB 106 *     revise the index factor in the state aid to general education formula, to set a maximum per student allocation for school districts with an excess general fund balance, and to require the Legislature to estimate general fund revenues for the current fiscal year and the next fiscal year.
