Confirmation of the appointment of John L. Cooper, Hughes County, Pierre, South Dakota, as Secretary of the Department of Game, Fish, and Parks.

Confirmation of the appointment of Darrell D. Cruea, Hughes County, Pierre, South Dakota, as Secretary of the Department of Agriculture.
HB 1299      to revise certain provisions regarding the practices of physician assistants, certified registered nurse anesthetists, nurse practitioners, and nurse midwives.

HB 1156      to require certain insurance policies to reimburse the services of licensed professional counselors -- mental health and marriage and family therapists.

HB 1198*      to revise certain provisions related to market development and promotion activities by certain commodity checkoff programs and the expenses associated with such activities.

HB 1038*      to revise the system of issuing and selling certain licenses, permits, and stamps by agents of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks, to repeal the reimbursement to counties for services rendered in such sales, and to provide additional funds to the state animal damage control fund.
