HB 1260      to make an appropriation to provide for certain tax refunds for elderly and disabled persons.

HB 1298*      to require all programs offered by the Sioux Falls Center for Public Higher Education be programs authorized for a public university by the Board of Regents.
          to require all programs and degrees provided by the Board of Regents be offered or conferred by the existing institutions.
          The Committee on State Affairs at the request of the Governor
