SB 0140      to make an appropriation to provide for an electronic voting machine in the senate chamber.

SB 0141      to appropriate money to replace the dam on Lake Henry.

SB 0158      to appropriate money for the South Dakota Agriculture and Rural Leadership program.

SB 0164      to provide emergency payments for certain pork producers through a temporary fee on processed pork products, to make an appropriation therefor, and to declare an emergency.

HB 1079      to make an appropriation for the acquisition of Census 2000 redistricting data and to declare an emergency.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
