HB 1015      revise certain election procedures for the formation of certain special districts and the election of directors, managers, or trustees.
          The Committee on Local Government at the request of the State Board of Elections

HB 1016      revise the procedure for school district elections involving ties votes or request for recount.
          The Committee on Local Government at the request of the State Board of Elections

HB 1017      revise the responsibility for supervising the arrangement on how the candidates' names are listed on the ballot.
          The Committee on Local Government at the request of the State Board of Elections

HB 1018      allow the precinct superintendent to assign duties to the members of an election board and to consolidate the position of judge and clerk.
          The Committee on Local Government at the request of the State Board of Elections


NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
