HB 1230      to provide for the recovery of damages for checks, drafts, or orders not paid upon presentment.

HB 1247      to provide for the reinstatement, under certain circumstances, of a person's driver's license under revocation for refusal to submit to a blood test if the defendant is subsequently found not guilty or if the charge is dismissed.

SB 0097      to extend the time period during which previous driving while intoxicated convictions may be considered for determining subsequent offenses.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
