HB 1101      to authorize professional corporations comprised of health care professionals of more than one profession.

HB 1109      to provide, by a single procedure, for the amendment and restatement of the articles of incorporation of certain nonprofit corporations.

SB 0019      to revise certain provisions concerning clemency applications.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
