HB 1021      provide a diversion program within the office of the state's attorney for restitution on insufficient funds checks.
          Representatives Brown (Jarvis), Apa, Duniphan, and Fitzgerald and Senators Albers, Moore, and Whiting at the request of the Interim Judiciary Committee

HB 1022      provide for an extension of the period of imprisonment as a condition for probation or suspension of sentence.

HB 1027      increase the maximum benefits payable under the crime victims' compensation program.
