HB 1020      provide a general diversion program within the office of the state's attorney for certain misdemeanor offenses.
          Representatives Brown (Jarvis), Apa, Duniphan, and Fitzgerald and Senators Albers, Moore, and Whiting at the request of the Interim Judiciary Committee

HB 1025      revise confidentiality provisions regarding Department of Social Services record information concerning abuse or neglect resulting in the fatality or near fatality of a child.
          The Committee on Health and Human Services at the request of the Department of Social Services

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
