HB 1235      to revise certain transportation and recordkeeping requirements for ambulance services.
          Representatives Koehn, Cerny, Diedtrich (Elmer), Hagen, Klaudt, Lintz, and Weber and Senators Brown (Arnold) and Ham

HB 1228      to require that certain pupils receive immunization against hepatitis B.
          Representatives Roe and Cutler and Senator Halverson

HB 1272      to require insurance coverage for off-label uses of prescription drugs used for the treatment of cancer under certain circumstances.
          Representative Roe and Senators Madden, Dunn (Jim), and Everist

HB 1282      to revise the confientiality related to certain patient records.
          Representative Michels and Senator Everist

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
