HB 1156      to require certain insurance policies to reimburse the services of licensed professional counselors -- mental health and marriage and family therapists.

HB 1157      to require certain insurance policies to reimburse the services of marriage and family therapists.

HB 1171      to require insurance companies to reimburse the services of licensed professional counselors -- mental health.
          Representatives Cutler, Diedrich (Larry), and Fischer-Clemens and Senators Everist, Albers, Brown (Arnold), and Lawler

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.

HB 1008      to require a managed care plan to contract with any provider willing to meet the terms and conditions of the plan.
