HB 1008      to require a managed care plan to contract with any provider willing to meet the terms and conditions of the plan.
          Representatives Hunt, Cerny, Duenwald, and Hagen and Senators Lawler and Kloucek at the request of the Interim Health and Human Services Committee

HB 1009      to require a managed care plan to have a medical director or clinical peer director.
          Representatives Hunt, Cerny, Fiegen, Hagen, and Peterson and Senators Lawler, Brosz, and Kloucek at the request of the Interim Health and Human Services Committee

HB 1010      to provide certain protections for persons enrolled in managed care plans.

HB 1011      to provide covered persons in managed care plans with reasonable access to providers.

HB 1012      to provide utilization review of managed care plans.
          Representatives Fiegen, Cerny, Duenwald, Hagen, Hunt, Koskan, and Peterson and Senators Brosz, Ham, Kloucek, and Lawler at the request of the Interim Health and Human Services Committee

HB 1013      to establish certain requirements regarding coverage of emergency medical services in managed care plans.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
