HB 1048      establish within the Board of Chiropractic Examiners a disciplinary committee and an ethics committee and to increase and establish certain fees regarding chiropractors.
          The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

HB 1050      revise the term, creditable coverage, with regard to health insurance policies.
          The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

HB 1056      revise certain requirements for coordination of benefits of group health plans.
          The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

HB 1024      revise certain provisions regarding the minimum wage to be paid persons under twenty years of age.
          The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Labor

HB 1058      revise the Board of Accountancy's authority regarding certificate holders not in public practice and to revise certain educational, continuing education, and examination requirements for licensees and certificate holders.
          The Committee on Commerce at the request of the Department of Commerce and Regulation

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
