HB 1126     revise certain provisions regarding a private applicator of pesticides becoming a qualified driver for the purpose of motor carrier safety.

SB 191     (Deferred from 27th LD) establish eligibility criteria, community planning processes, and quality benchmarks for state-supported prekindergarten programs.
SB 50 *    revise the General Appropriations Act for fiscal year 2009.
SB 100 *     revise the method of taxation of certain tobacco products.

SB 147 *    provide for public access to public records, to provide certain exemptions, and to provide for judicial remedies for noncompliance.
SB 159 *     permit counties to deposit funds in any state or national bank located within the state.
     Require the redaction of certain numbers before furnishing copies of information.
SB 160 *    revise the grounds for which a license of an athletic trainer may be revoked, suspended, or canceled.
SB 169 *     require the submission of certain materials relating to wind easement agreements to the register of deeds.

SB 201 *    increase certain fees on motor vehicles and to increase the fuel excise tax on certain fuel used by motor vehicles.

HB 1134 *    (Deferred from 27th LD) require notice of the cost of certain public notices.
HB 1155 *    (Deferred from 27th LD) require that the testing of blood samples of suspects of sexual assault be initiated within a specified time.
HB 1238     (Deferred from 27th LD) make appropriations from the water and environment fund, the water pollution control revolving fund subfund, and the drinking water revolving fund subfund for various water and environmental purposes and to declare an emergency.
HB 1080 *    revise certain provisions relating to internet and mail order sales of cigarettes and tobacco products.
HB 1150     revise certain requirements for any person to sell motorcycles at an event and to provide a penalty for violation thereof.
HB 1197     allow single-family dwellings that are under construction or listed for sale by contractors to be classified as owner-occupied single-family dwellings for the purpose of taxation.
HB 1202 *    (Amended HJ 395) permit certain persons with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus to get an endorsement on a commercial driver license to drive a school bus.
HB 1231     increase the exemption on the proceeds of the sale of certain homesteads.
