SB 141     establish certain requirements regarding the siting of certain wind turbine towers.
HB 1136     repeal certain provisions relating to the purchase of private water lines.

SB 181 *    (Deferred from 25th LD) make an appropriation for the support of the state fair.
SB 149 *    (Deferred from 26th LD) revise the annual property tax levies for the general fund of a school district.
     Revise certain provisions regarding the general fund levies of school districts.
SB 153 *    (Deferred from 26th LD) provide procedures by which adopted persons may obtain their original birth certificates.



SB 191    (Deferred from 26th LD) establish eligibility criteria, community planning processes, and quality benchmarks for state-supported prekindergarten programs.
SB 203 *    (Deferred from 26th LD) make an appropriation for the purposes of funding the Birth to Three Program in the Department of Education and to require a review of the program.
SB 41     revise the definition of wind easements.
SB 132 *     exempt certain school districts from the requirement to reorganize due to low enrollment.
     Allow resident students that attend school out of state to be counted in the resident school district's average daily membership for the purpose of distributing school and public lands funds.
SB 195 *    repeal the ban on certain medical research and to provide certain limitations for human embryonic stem cell research.

HB 1018     (Deferred from the 26th LD) require a portion of the annual report filing fee paid by certain entities to be deposited in the financing statement and annual report filing fee fund.
HB 1022 *    (Deferred from the 26th LD) make certain members of limited liability companies and partners of partnerships personally responsible for certain tax debts.
HB 1082 *    (Deferred from the 26th LD) revise the procedure to adopt rules.
HB 1104     (Deferred from the 26th LD) authorize a sentencing court to impose consecutive revocations of hunting, fishing, or trapping privileges under certain conditions.
HB 1155 *    (Deferred from the 26th LD) require that the testing of blood samples of suspects of sexual assault be initiated within a specified time.
HB 1238     (Deferred from the 26th LD) make appropriations from the water and environment fund, the water pollution control revolving fund subfund, and the drinking water revolving fund subfund for various water and environmental purposes and to declare an emergency.
HB 1134 *    require notice of the cost of certain public notices.
