HB 1271     authorize the South Dakota Building Authority and the Department of Corrections to provide for the purchase, design, construction, and equipping of a combined minimum security/parole facility in Rapid City for the Department of Corrections and to declare an emergency.
HB 1211     revise the time frame and requirements for certain alcoholic beverage licensees to provide on-sale service of alcoholic beverages on Sunday.

SB 51     (Deferred from 25th LD) provide for a drug screening program for certain applicants and employees of the Wildland Fire Suppression Division.



SB 40     (Deferred from 25th LD) revise the financial assurance requirements for responding to accidental releases of chemical or biological ore leaching agents from certain permitted mines.
SB 69     (Deferred from 25th LD) revise the requirement for a fire equipment shop.
SB 19     revise the grounds for which continuation or conversion is not required for certain group health policies.
SB 109     revise the provisions for the risk pool to allow uninsurable children to enroll and to provide for additional funding.
