SECOND READING OF CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS

SB 14     extend the time allowed to request a hearing or pay an audit assessment.

SB 18     revise certain dates pertaining to references to the Internal Revenue Code.

SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTION

SB 22     (Deferred from 4th LD) revise certain provisions related to the payment of additional funds to consolidated school districts and to declare an emergency.
SB 23     (Deferred from 4th LD) revise certain provisions related to the required reorganization of school districts with low enrollment.
SB 8     revise certain procedures used to assess and collect unpaid cigarette taxes.
