     The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Michelle Bradley, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by House page Joan Beaner.

The moneys deposited in the fund shall be invested by the state investment council and any interest and profits derived from such investment shall remain in the fund unless the Legislature appropriates such money deposited in the fund or the interest and profits. "
