No executive or judicial agency representative who is required to register as a lobbyist
pursuant to § 2-12-7.1 may appear before any senate committee except in support of any bill or
resolution introduced at the request of the Governor, the Chief Justice, or any executive agency.
However, such persons may monitor any senate committee meeting and may respond to
questions from a member of the committee.
Sen. Dunn (Jim) moved that the motion to amend the Senate rules be laid on the table.
