     On page 3 , line 8 of the Senate Agriculture and Natural Resources committee engrossed bill , after " assessment " insert " . The refund procedures shall include methods by which a seller may choose to obtain the refund or to avoid the assessment immediately at the point of sale " .

     On page 3 , line 16 , after " assessment. " insert " However, the council shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to establish procedures to allow sheep producers to avoid the assessment or obtain a refund at the point of sale. " .
