     On page 2 , line 6 of the printed bill , after " intrastate " insert " and interstate " .

     On page 2 , line 9 , after " company. " insert " Interstate telecommunications services are communications which originate or terminate within this state, and are billed to or for a location in this state. " .

     On page 2 , line 10 , delete " four " and insert " three " .

     On page 3 , line 18 , delete " the property tax reduction " and insert " a special county fund which is established in the state treasury. The secretary of revenue shall send each county an amount equal to the balance in the special county fund times the ratio of population of the county to the population of the state. The secretary of revenue shall base the allocation on figures contained in the decennial census of the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of the Census. The secretary shall make distributions from the special county fund by September first of each year. " .

     On page 3 , delete lines 19 and 20 .
