HB 1147      to provide for the suspension of driving privileges of persons under the age of twenty-one who have committed certain alcohol-related offenses.
          Representatives Wick, Crisp, Duniphan, Fiegen, Fitzgerald, Kooistra, Peterson (Bill), Smidt, and Wetz and Senators Albers, Shoener, and Staggers

HB 1213      to require certain persons convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or related crime to participate in an evaluation, education, and treatment.
          Representatives Matthews and Volesky and Senators Aker, Albers, and Olson

HB 1227      to allow local governments to request a criminal record check of persons considered for employment and to allow local law enforcement officials to a conduct a criminal record check.
          Representatives Schaunaman, Cutler, and Fiegen and Senators Lawler and Everist

HB 1234      to revise certain provisions relating to confidentiality of certain medical committees.
          Representative Hagg and Senator Daugaard

HB 1270      to revise the items subject to an annual accounting of a conservator under the Uniform Probate Code.

NOTE: The above bills will be taken up in this order for a hearing on the date noted. If circumstances do not permit a hearing on this date then a hearing will be held at the next meeting of the committee. Action on a bill may come at any time after it has had a hearing.
