HB 1239 *    (Intent to Reconsider Vote by which Lost) create the South Dakota Boxing Commission and to provide for the supervision of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts competitions and sparring exhibitions in the state.

HB 1281 *    (Deferred from 23rd LD) enhance funding for state highways, to increase fees on certain signs, displays, or devices, and to provide certain penalties.

HB 1234    (Deferred from 23rd LD) revise the filing deadlines for the nomination of certain independent candidates.
HB 1025     (Deferred from 23rd LD) revise the basic salary schedule for county veteran's service officers.
HB 1031     (Deferred from 23rd LD) increase the maximum allowable expense for erecting certain veteran's grave markers and headstones.
HB 1200     (Deferred from 23rd LD) make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to declare an emergency.
HB 1201     (Deferred from 23rd LD) make an appropriation for costs related to disasters in the state and to declare an emergency.

HB 1228     require mopeds used on public highways to be titled and licensed as a motorcycle and to increase license fees for motorcycles.

SB 40     revise the financial assurance requirements for responding to accidental releases of chemical or biological ore leaching agents from certain permitted mines.
SB 69     revise the requirement for a fire equipment shop.
