         HB 1037      increase the fees for mailing motor vehicle license plates and decals and to impose a fee for the reassignment of a license plate.

         HB 1074      increase certain expenditure authority previously granted to the Board of Regents, to designate circumstances in which such authority may be used, to appropriate funds therefor, and to declare an emergency.

         HB 1130      make an appropriation to the Department of Tourism and State Development to provide for the promotion in Mexico of tourist opportunities in South Dakota and of the products made in South Dakota.

         HB 1183      authorize the Board of Regents and the South Dakota Building Authority to contract for construction of the Higher Education Center-West River and to make an appropriation therefor.

         HB 1271      authorize the South Dakota Building Authority and the Department of Corrections to provide for the purchase, design, construction, and equipping of a combined minimum security/parole facility in Rapid City for the Department of Corrections and to declare an emergency.
