HB 1212 *    revise certain requirements of written contract documents for public improvements.
HB 1243     modify the requirements regarding the ownership and use of local government endowment funds.

SECOND READING OF HOUSE BILLS AND JOINT RESOLUTIONS

HB 1166     (Deferred from 21st LD) provide for DNA testing for certain inmates for the purposes of determining whether they may have been wrongfully convicted.
HB 1207     (Deferred from 21st LD) provide for the reduction of certain sentences upon provision of substantial assistance from the recipient.
HB 1181 *    establish a veterinary education loan repayment program for veterinarians who fulfill certain requirements.
HB 1163 *    excuse certain elderly persons from jury duty upon request and to revise certain provisions relating to the minimum age for jury service.



HB 1219 *     allow a corporation to file a short form in lieu of an annual report under certain conditions.
     Allow a filing entity or qualified foreign entity to file a short form in lieu of an annual report under certain conditions.
HB 1202     permit certain persons with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus to get an endorsement on a commercial driver license to drive a school bus.
HB 1167     revise the statute of frauds with respect to the sale of grain, grain sorghums, beans, and oilseeds.
HB 1278     clarify certain statutes prohibiting political subdivisions from restricting firearms.

SB 1     (Deferred from 21st LD) clarify, repeal, update, and make form and style revisions to certain statutes related to the Department of Game, Fish and Parks.
SB 51     (Deferred from 21st LD) provide for a drug screening program for certain applicants and employees of the Wildland Fire Suppression Division.
