"      Section  1.  Unless otherwise provided pursuant to §  32-25-9.1, the speed limit on any township road is the same as the speed limit on the county roads in the county in which the township is located up to a maximum of fifty-five miles per hour. Driving in excess of the speed limit established in this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. "
