         HB 1269      provide for the governance of public postsecondary technical education and to provide for the transfer of authority for public postsecondary technical education from local school districts to the Department of Education.

         HB 1242      rescind the repeal on funding for sparse school districts that will take effect on June 30, 2009, and to decrease the value of the small school adjustment in the state aid to education formula.

         HB 1241      provide for the delivery of special education or special education and related services to a child during the child's transition from one state school district to another.

         HB 1198      allow school districts to charge students a fee to participate in interscholastic activities for which no academic credit is earned.
