         HB 1140 *     make an appropriation from the railroad trust fund for the construction of a railroad siding.

         HB 1048      increase the transfer from the water and environment fund, the solid waste management fee, mining license and permit fees, water right filing and permit application fees, and well driller and pump installer license fees, all of which are deposited in the environment and natural resources fee fund.
