     The Senate convened at 2:00 p.m., pursuant to adjournment, the President presiding.

     The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Rev. John Fette, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Senate page Brielle Betzold.

     HB 1055: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  authorize the Department of Game, Fish and Parks to sell certain real property located at the Cleghorn Fish Hatchery to the City of Rapid City.

     HB 1087: FOR AN ACT ENTITLED, An Act to  revise certain provisions concerning the number of peremptory challenges in cases involving very high felonies.

     And signed the same in the presence of the Senate.
