34A-2-12.2. Regulation of public swimming places--Violation.
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 regulating a public swimming place.
The rules promulgated under this section do not apply to a swimming pool regulated by the Department of Health, a swimming pool in a condominium project established under chapter 43-15A, or a swimming pool in an apartment complex.
