On page 1, line 1, of the Introduced bill, delete "prohibit the internet publication of certain land records" and insert " revise the amount of the real estate transfer fee"
On the Introduced bill, delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

Section 1. That § 43-4-21 be AMENDED:
43-4-21. Imposition and amount of real estate transfer fee.
A
fee is hereby imposed at the rate of fifty
cents for each five hundred dollars
one dollar and fifty cents for each one thousand dollars
of value or fraction thereof upon the privilege of transferring title
to real property in the State of South Dakota, which fee shall be
paid by the grantor.
"
