HCR 1005     (HJ p. 182) To honor and thank George W. Bush, the forty-third president of the United States of America.
SB 3 *    (Intent to reconsider vote by which passed) revise certain provisions concerning the assessment of agricultural land.
SB 83     (Intent to reconsider vote by which lost) prohibit smoking tobacco or carrying lighted tobacco products in certain places and to require certain persons to inform violators of the prohibition.
SB 86 *    (Intent to reconsider vote by which lost) repeal certain provisions concerning the application of the inventory tax on certain fuels in storage on January 1, 1996.
     Revise certain provisions concerning the application of the inventory tax on certain fuels in storage immediately prior to a tax increase.

SB 99     authorize Supreme Court rules related to the collection of fees, costs, and civil penalties.
SB 101     clarify the school residence of a child assigned to an approved out of district special education residential or tuition day program when the residence of the child's parent or guardian changes.
SB 107     revise certain provisions regarding the posting of the penalty for the illegal use of a designated parking space for a person with a physical disability.
HB 1027     provide for certain employer insurance assistance programs.
HB 1030     repeal certain requirements for the filing of annual actuarial certifications.
HB 1035     require the Secretary of State to redact certain numbers before furnishing copies of information.

SB 47     (Deferred from 14th LD) make an appropriation for costs related to suppression of wildfires in the state and to declare an emergency.
SB 48     (Deferred from 14th LD) make an appropriation for costs related to disasters in the state and to declare an emergency.
SB 52     (Deferred from 14th LD) make an appropriation from the coordinated natural resources conservation fund to the State Conservation Commission.
SB 75 *    (Deferred from 14th LD) allow dogs to be used in the hunting of mountain lions.
SB 40     revise the financial assurance requirements for responding to accidental releases of chemical or biological ore leaching agents from certain permitted mines.
SB 81     authorize the use of interscholastic activity admission fees by certain endowment funds.
SB 104     increase state matching funds for animal damage control.
SB 108     exclude parole agents from concealed weapons permit requirements.
SB 129 *    revise certain conditions that must be met before an extension of State Highway 53 in Tripp County is added to the state trunk highway system.
