         SCR 1      Reappointing Mr. Marty Guindon of Pierre, South Dakota, to the office of auditor general.

         SJR 1      To propose a constitutional amendment to authorize the Legislature on the advice of the Governor, to forestall certain threats from interstate gaming.

         SJR 3      Proposing and submitting to the electors at the next general election an amendment to Article III, section 6 of the Constitution of the State of South Dakota, relating to four-year senatorial terms and term limits.

SB 120      encourage energy conservation and efficiency by establishing certain procedures regarding the reporting, sale, and marketing of renewable energy and recycled energy certificates.

         SB 21      impose a fuel excise tax on ethyl alcohol and methyl alcohol used in motor vehicles on the public roads and highways, to repeal the fuel excise tax on ethanol blends and E85 and M85, and to revise certain provisions regarding the fuel excise tax.
