AMENDMENT 1001B FOR THE INTRODUCED BILL

An Act to repeal certain provisions regarding the organization of the Legislature.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of South Dakota:

Section 1. That § 2-4-1 be REPEALED.

2-4-1. Time and place of regular sessions.

Section 2. That § 2-5-2 be REPEALED.

2-5-2. Elective officers of Senate.

Section 3. That § 2-5-3 be REPEALED.

2-5-3. Elective officers of house.

Section 4. That § 2-5-3.1 be REPEALED.

2-5-3.1. Tie vote for organizing House of Representatives.

Section 5. That § 2-5-5 be REPEALED.

2-5-5. Appointment of legislative employees by presiding officers.

Section 1. That § 2-9-13.1 be REPEALED.

2-9-13.1. Assignment of interns.

Section 2. That § 2-9-14 be REPEALED.

2-9-14. Administration of intern program--Supervision of interns.
