On page 3, line 20, of the Introduced bill, after "district." delete "Section 14. That a NEW SECTION be added:
Limitation on gifts.
During a calendar year a consumer power district may not give gifts using district funds having a cumulative value of one hundred dollars or more to any district director or employee of the district.
